At CuMinds Creations, we are committed to providing high-quality architectural and interior design services along with customized digital deliverables such as PDFs, JPGs, and other non-physical formats. Our aim is to maintain clarity and fairness in all client interactions, including payments and refund requests.

Advance Payment Terms

• After a free initial consultation, we require an advance payment to begin the design or service process.

• This advance confirms your booking and helps us allocate creative resources to your project.

• The advance is generally non-refundable once work has begun, unless stated otherwise in writing.

Digital Product Refund Policy

• All our deliverables are digital (PDFs, JPGs, editable files, etc.) and delivered via email or download link.

• Once we begin the design process or share initial drafts, no refund will be applicable due to the time and effort already invested.

• If a request is made before the design work starts, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Completed consultations or meetings (virtual or in-person)

• Customized or made-to-order digital content

• Rush orders or expedited services

• Booking fees or partial advances for blocked dates/time slots

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

• Send an email to support@cumindscr.com

• Include:

  • Your name and contact number

  • Payment receipt or invoice number

  • A short reason for refund request

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment

We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Refund Approval & Timelines

If your refund is approved:

• It will be processed back to your original payment method

• Allow 10–15 business days for the amount to reflect in your account

• We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment gateway

Accidental or Duplicate Payments

If you made a duplicate payment or paid extra by mistake, we will refund the excess amount within 10 business days, once verified.
